As with all projects that J-316 undertakes, initial consultations are charged at
an hourly rate of £35 per hour. 75% of this cost is refunded if the project is accepted.
Where travel over long distance is required to visit a client on site, the cost
of this for the 1st visit will be borne by the client. Again, 75% of this is refunded
on acceptance of the project.
We are keen to assist charities and similar such organisations with their IT functionality
and web presence, and as such, we are prepared to offer discounts to these clients.

The charge rate will be determined by the estimated amount of development time that
each project is expected to require. Charge rates are re-visited throughout the
project lifecycle and the client is kept fully informed of any changes that might
occur.
